Gamla Syrah presents ripe cherry and plum fruit notes, layered with earth, smoked meat, cedar, tobacco and floral characters. With a full silky body, this Syrah is flavorful and satisfying.
Ready to drink upon release, the Gamla Syrah should remain in good drinking condition for about five to seven years from harvest. We enjoy serving the wine with lamb ragout over Israeli couscous, ribeye roast with a garlic-herb rub, or grill-smoked chicken.
