A young wine produced from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon grapes, harvested at the peak of ripeness. Combining both nuances of fresh forest berries with a hint of fresh herbs, this rich, soft and delicate wine is ready for immediate drinking. We suggest serving this wine with either red meat or seasoned spring chicken. Recommended serving temperature is 18%°C (64°F). Alcohol by Volume: 13%
This wine was produced entirely in stainless steel vats. During the three-month production process, the wine was alcoholically fermented for a period of ten days, at a temperature of 22-28°C (72-82°F), prior to a malolactic fermentation at 15-22°C (59-72°F).
