Displaying abundant blackcurrant and strawberry notes, alongside a spicy and herbaceous bouquet. Due to its balanced round character, this wine is very easy to drink; it is a perfect accompaniment to grilled or roasted meats or with spring chicken. Recommended serving temperature is 18°C (64°F).
This wine was produced entirely in stainless steel vats. During the three-month production process, the wine was alcoholically fermented for a period of ten days, at a temperature of 22-28°C (72-82°F), prior to a malolactic fermentation at 15-22°C (59-72°F).
