This rich and velvety red wine carries a fine balance between the aromas of delicious strawberries, cherries, ripe plums, toffee, and mocha coffee beans. This wine was aged in French oak barrels for 12 months. Recommended serving temperature is 18°C (64°F).
This wine was produced entirely in stainless steel vats. During the three-month production process, the wine was alcoholically fermented for a period of ten days, at a temperature of 22-28°C (72-82°F), prior to a malolactic fermentation at 15-22°C (59-72°F).
